First Mosin in Jail purgatory

So my first mosin is in 11 day purgatory at the Big 5! Debated about one for a while but have been on a retro kick lately with revolvers and shotguns.

Now with a garage i will get my chance to take a big 5 mosin, strip the stock, do some wood refinishing and make myself a nice new shooter. Cheap ammo, and lots of fun. You guys are a bad influence but I love it.

Just a warning you will never stop with just one Mosin, Just put pics of my Big 5 one and my Big 5 M44. Cheap surplus ammo and the rifles are cheap you will have more then one.

The nice thing about Mosins is that you can build a respectable collection on a working man's budget. You can't say that about most other milsurps these days. With the price of 54R still (relatively) low, you can afford to shoot them too. Get ready to buy another safe

Thanks, great resource. I have had to shoot one now a few times and now MUST have one.

Problem is, I know nothing. This is exactly what I need so I can walk into Big 5 and know what to buy rather then point and hope for the best.
