Hunting License ????

OKay quick question, I've got my papers ready to go, expect for 1 question. It is asking me for my hunting license on page 2 10C.
Then it says:
If answered NO, you likely cannot lawfully possess a firearm and therefor cannot be a FFL
If answered YES, complete the following information.

Then it asks me for my License number and a copy of it as well.
So if all this info really required for me to get my C&R??
