I did a quick search but have to admit my search skills are weak.
In a out of state auction i bought a old mosberg 151m(b) that was made between 1948-1954 . Am I correct in my thinking that this should be able to be ship straight to my home ? (the address on my C&R) . No need for a Coe in this case correct ?

no need for a COE. Your 03FFL is all you need for a 50+ year old C&R long gun.

COE has no function in out of state purchases at this time. It's only function is for sales within CA.
