A C&R "that guy" bound book question....

I am hell bent on rebarreling one of my Vz24 mausers to a 25-06 and I got to thinking. Since it will no longer be in its original config. and not a C&R rifle anymore will I need to "log it out" of my bound book? Or will it still be a C&R as far as the BATF/E is concerned.

Keep it in your book. Log it out only when you dispose of it.
