    Scoping a Mauser

Im working on sprterizing a turk mauser and i was udecided on what to do about the scope. i have another turk with a scout mount on it so i was thinking that maybe i should drill/tap this one. does anyone know who sells good scope bases or should i just add another scout mount on this one?

Drill and tap, I like Leupold Double Dovetail mounts better than any Weaver style mount. They hold tighter.

      +1

Plus, you can adjust windage without having to use the scope's windage adjustment, which helps to keep parallax to a minimum.
