    Remington Model 8 C&R eligible?

My Dad had a dream about a Model 8 in 35 Remington. This means he needs it.

He went through his C&R gun list and couldn't find it anyhwere. I would have sworn it's C&R. Is it?

As long as that particular model (the one you're holding) was manufactured 50 years or older from today. This is both Federal and State rules.

Where are you located? I've got a Remington Model 8 in 35Rem that been sitting in the safe. Let me know if you're interested. I'm in LA area.
