OK sooooooooo someone one mentioned that "if you jumped through the irght hoops" it is theoretically possible to own Fully Auto in CA.
Where and what are these hoops? and how do I jump through them?

I heard the Russian steel was so poor that if you fired those AVT40s too much the barrel would melt. I don't know if thats true but it wouldn't surprise me.

Well that's true with most if not all full auto guns - Barrel can only handle so much -
