CLEO?? I'm a bit confused..

I'm just filling up my C&R form and I'm a bit confused about the CLEO part. Who do I put in?

I'm in Contra Costa County and I live in El Cerrito, anybody in the area that has a C&R also? I'm not quite sure who I put in the form.

"Who you would call if you had to call the police" is how it was explained to me. Just find the address for your local police station and enter the name of the commanding officer. You will also address one copy to this department as well.

Hi Slikphoto, I'm at Hercules. I just put the Hercules PD Chief. I think that you can just put the Contra Costa Sheriff as CLEO as the El Cerrito PD only has Commanders for each department, no Chief....You might want to ask Bob at the gunshop (Old west)
