    info on another marine

I bought an Arisaka at a gun show and the tag said that the gun was brought back by a marine named R.C. Morgan. The guy who sold it to me said he bought it with tag on it and didn't know anything else about it. Thought I'd throw that out there to see if anyone has any data on this person.
I'll bet you have more than 2k worth of guns and I'll bet you have no insurance coverage for them. PM me for help in protecting your investment for only a couple of bucks per year.

      This could be him. http://aad.archives.gov/aad/record-d...pg=1&rid=18963

Here's where I recently found info on the WWII GI who had my original, unmessed with M1 Carbine. His Social Security number was scratched onto the barrel. Bought the rifle at LA Guns ~2005, the vet lived in West LA until his death in 2009. Wish I had found him before he died.

This reminded me of that thread where someone got a former serviceman's pistol and later the daughter joined and posted in the thread after her father's name showed the thread in google. Pretty cool.
