      This is probably the most pointless thread title I've seen since another forum had "Why do Russian guns shoot so far?" This has to be a joke, or an attempt to pad your forum statistics.

        Not really - some government agencies are very very strict about the color of the ink. If some DEA forms are filled out in any other color but black or blue, it has to be destroyed. I suppose it goes back to the days, where only certain colors photocopied well?? Not real sure the reasoning behind this....

          I knew that just forgot to add copy after original. I should have said an original signed copy, meaning a copy that has a unique signature and not a copy of a signature.
