C&R bound Book
Tags: None -
It is a record of C&R aquistions and disposals. Regs call for an "orderly arrangement" of these records. It need not be an elaborate binder. I use a 3-ring binder and number each page.
Here is a link to a spreadsheet, it will open with Excel.
You enter any and all C&R guns you obtain while licensed. You enter any and all C&R guns you "dispose" of - sale, gift, whatever. You enter brief info on from where you obtained or to whom you disposed of the gun.
Non-C&R guns are not entered into your bound book. C&R guns owned prior to licensing are not entered - UNLESS - you sell the gun while licensed. It needs to be logged into then out of your bound book at that point. -
Revolvers are not pistols
Calling a revolver a "pistol" is like calling a magazine a "clip", calling a shotgun a rifle, or a calling a man a woman.pistol nouna handgun whose chamber is integral with the barrel

I've got this one too and I love it. I had my name and license number put on the front for a few bucks more. Perfect for both the ATF and insurance.I bought mine from here.

No. Only applies to C&R licensees.
However its a good idea to record your guns and serial numbers in case of theft or insurance claim.Comment
