Winchester Questions M1

Gentlemen,
When did Winchester finish its Educational Order for the M1 Garand ?
When did Winchester being it standard production Order for the M1 Garand? This data is important to know how Winchester was working with the M1 Garands. Also remember that Winchester was also making other military rifles beside the M1 Garand.

Gentlemen,
I have the data files on Winchester production. It ain't pretty.
Winchester and Ordnance were having problems through Winchester Production.
BY Feb of 1941 Winchester had only turned over to Ordnance 300 rifles from the Ed Order and NONE in Feb. of their production Order in 1941.

I have heard it said that collectors and Garand fans consider Winchester M1s as among the most desireable, but regard the quality as just mediocre or worse.
