Your Yugo M48 is a very nice rifle. Go out and enjoy it....

I love the m48! You will not be disappointed in the rifle at all. Even if you are...I am sure some people will more than be happy to give it a good home

I have an SVT 40 and no you can't have it

The M48 is a fine rifle, but if the store lied to you then you need to return it and get refunded.

Either way, you've hopefully learned the lesson of educating yourself when it comes to old military rifles. You can't trust a dealer to know.

well yes it is a decent rifle, but i wanted the original. And yes i have learned my lesson now, too bad it was the hard way. i bought it about 2 months ago, you think they'd still refund it for me? on a brighter note i did pick up and authentic 1943 kar 98 bayonet.

It all depends on what they charged you for it.

M48s are down right cheap compared to an original all matching German 98K.

it was 300 flat including tax and paperwork, so i assume it was a bit overpriced, but it is a very clean and well maintained rifle.

But the store i bought it from also lied to me, i asked if they were sure it was German and made in 1942. so now im stuck with a piece of garbage.

So did the shop say they'd refund you? And what shop was it?
