CZ-52's?

Can I send a CZ-52 to a California FFL for my brother? Single stack mags are under 10 rounds, but I understand there is now an approved list that this handgun might not be on. Any help would be appreciated

The CZ52 is a C&R, and exempt from The List. He'd have to find an FFL who understands this and would be willing to receive it. That will typically add about $50 to the price, depending on who he uses.

Most FFLs should understand that CZ52s are exempt. I bought mine from a local FFL.
