Well, after they refused to ship me a C&R long gun a few months ago (I'm a valid C&R holder and they said it was against the law to ship long guns to people in Los Angeles), I just made the mistake of trying to have a C&R handgun shipped to my FFL here.
I ordered a CZ-82 and asked if they would ship it without the magazines. "Sure, no problem. We'll take ten dollars off per mag. Place the order online and there won't be any trouble!" Sounds great.
So, I get them my FFL info, and then I get an email saying "Oh actually we're out of stock. Maybe we'll have some more in late January." And the things are no longer on the website. The guy I'd spoken to on the phone said they had put one aside for me. I asked them to cancel my order. Suddenly, my gun reappeared.
Finally, two weeks after placing the original order, it's to be shipped today. I just took a quick glance at my checking account online and noticed that they've charged me twice: once for the stated price of the gun, and once more for the discounted price. Don't think I'll be doing business with them again.
