converting from 12 to 10 rounds

I have a CZ82 mag I need to take down to 10 shot max.

    Questions:

    1) If i epoxied a small block inside to take up the room of 2 rounds (like photo below) and then epoxied the bottom plate on will that make it "legal"?

    2) Has anyone done this and will it work. I see them do it on AR15 mags all the time.

    It should work.

How about just keeping them as parts & use them as complete magazines while out-of-state and get some CZ83 10 round magazines to use in your CZ82.

Well, I thought about that. The darn CZ82 10 rounders are $45 plus of minus. If I do it I will only do one and leave the other. I hate to mess them up also.
