    C&R Handguns....Am I correct?

    Am I correct in my understanding that C&R handguns have to go through an 01 FFL but are exempt from the roster requirements?

      Yes. You are correct. However, if you have a C&R FFL then you can acquire and take possession of C&R handguns while you are physically outside of California and then bring them back to California with you without the use of an 01 FFL. You just have to report the handguns to CalDOJ and pay $19 per handgun.
