C & R License

I just sent off my application to the BATEF for my C&R 03 FFL license. Can someone tell me about how long it takes for the license to be issued?

Usually no less than 2 weeks, up to many more.

Mine was less then 6 weeks. With Christmas and this admin who knows. I have to send off my renewel this week so at least we're in the same boat.

Sent mine out on the 12th of DEC, they took the money out on the 15th. I called to notify them of a phone number change this past Friday and I haven't been into their system yet. The way it was explained to me is that the Atlanta processing center charges the fees then they send it to their West Virginia processing center to approve/deny the licence.

took a week for them to ding my card and four weeks later my C&R came. A week after I got my info package

Hmmm....I sent a personal check. I didn't really want to put card info on the app. I wonder if that will slow it down any...

under a month. 20 days from the time they hit my credit card.

I got mine in three weeks, package came a week later, sent with personal check
Sent November 14th
Received license on December 5th
received packet on December 12th

They dinged my CC after 3 days and my C&R arrived in 3 weeks, took another two for the packet of legal information to arrive.

I sent mine off a couple of weeks ago too, still waiting anxiously.....fees hit on 12/21
