What are you talking about? I don't know of any california law restricting loaded clips or loaded magazines. Please cite a law and we can tell you if these would qualify.

Sorry, I still don't get it. Maybe you are confused about what a loaded firearm is? You can have 1000 loaded magazines duct taped to a gun and it is still not a loaded gun unless the ammunition is in a position capable of being fired.

Don't be giving those tacti-cool guys any ideas lol >_> I got some authentic Bulgarian ones(blued, with a # 10 stamp on it) and they load as smooth as butter. Some times it can be the rifle as well, I have 2 Mosin's and my 91/30 loads a lot smoother than my M44 using the same stripper and rounds. But i have tried those repros...and in THAT case, it's the strippers fault.

I got some mine on ebay. They're of tough to load unless you know how to. I tilt up the top round and use that to give leverage and force all the other rounds down into the magazine. Works good enough for what I paid (I think like $5 shipped for a pack of 10).

Not an issue loading them into the mag well, it's that the tolerances seem tight on the chinese stripper clips when loading the ammo into the strippers.

Bringing this thread back to life because I'm a little curious about the MN stripper clips right now as I;m looking to get some more. Currently I have 5 clips that I think are Tikka (Finnish), since they are stamped with the T in the triangle, inside of a circle.

I was wondering if most of these "authentic stripper clips" work much much better than any of the repro ones.

Unfortunately I've just bought a ton of ammo, and I don't really want to buy any more just yet. Additionally, if its steel core ammo or bi-metal jacket(which it most likely is), I can't even shoot it since the range I'll be going to doesn't allow it.
