    Form 7CR: Quick question

I searched through a few posts but couldn't find an answer to this.

This question stems from my procrastination and I think I'm going to have to order a new form and kick myself.

On the form, I have the Chief of Police, William J Bratton, completed on the line. He's no longer the CLEO, it is now Charles L. Beck who replaced him on November 17th.

Is the form still good to go, or shall I request a new form and fill it out again with the new CLEO's name?

I'm presuming the latter, but if the forms are still good with the old CLEO's name I'd like to mail this in today.

    Thanks!

Eh, I would just cross out Bill Bratton and put in Charlie Beck.

That's probably what I would do, too. Clear pen and ink changes are legal on many if not most government forms and documents.

Awesome, thanks for the input, I'll go ahead and cross out the old and fill in the new. I was kind of worried that this wouldn't fly like on Dros forms.
