    Renewal Q's

I got my C&R FFL and COE earlier this year. My C&R FFL is good until 4/2012 and the COE expires some time in 3/2010. Do they automatically send you the renewal paperwork and invoice or is this something that I need to put on my calendar and send in myself? Thanks guys.

I know for sure that they send the C&R renew in the mail. The ATF charged my CC on 10/15/09 and still have not got the new lic. yet. It expires at the end of December. I dont know about the COE.

Yes, Both ATF and CADOJ should send you renewal notices.

However, if you not get the renewal notice, it is on you to make sure you do renew before it expires. So, yes, put a note in your calendar to remind yourself before it expires.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Once the ATF or CADOJ gets payment, how long before we get the new Lic?

My C&R renewal may have taken a month or so, but it did arrive before my old one expired.

My COE renewal was in my hand within 2 weeks of sending it in.

As posted before me you receive both notices in the mail. I just got my notices for both my C&R and COE in the mail about a week ago

Hmm. Not trying to scare you but I got my renewal form and sent it in. CC was charged within a week and the new license was at my house a week later. You might want to call ATF if it goes another week. Two months after CC would be a little excessive based upon my recent experience.
