So in filling out the form I got to question 10 and am assuming since I am not a non immigrant I can by pass the next few questions.
Any help would be welcome

Try this guide here, at surplusrifle.com. He's got a great guide to this, I used it to get my 03FFL.

I believe that it says that you only need to fill out section 10. if you are a non-immigrant alien. So if you are a US citizen or a permanent resident (green card holder) you can skip it.
