What are the market values of a unissued M1D or M1C rifle? Anyone know?

Assuming it can be confirmed unissued, then I'd say at least $10k. Regular postwar M1 Garands were auctioned off at around $10k each on the CMP website. You can view completed CMP auctions on the CMP website.
Check out Scott Duff's site and you'll see a complete M1D sold for $3895.
It all depends on the rifle, who can verify the authenticity, and how you sell it.
