Do you have to "exercise" you C&R License to keep it?

In other words, if I got my C&R and COE, and I had zero transactions for C&R guns for a period of several years, could I still keep the license?

Is there a minimum number of transactions required to keep an FFL-03?

    You betcha.

    Nope.
However, I highly recommend that you take advantage of some of the deals out there.

You have to renew the C&R every 3 years/COE every year, but there is no requirement that you actually use them...but you should!
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.

Brownell's , Midway , Widener's , Graf , and other vendors offer some sweet discounts to C&R holders.
IMO , worth $10 a year and some paperwork just for the vendor discounts.
