You betcha.

Nope.

However, I highly recommend that you take advantage of some of the deals out there.

You have to renew the C&R every 3 years/COE every year, but there is no requirement that you actually use them...but you should!

Brownell's , Midway , Widener's , Graf , and other vendors offer some sweet discounts to C&R holders.
IMO , worth $10 a year and some paperwork just for the vendor discounts.

Buy a BIG safe and I will help you fill it . No......buy two big safes . I....shall sacrafice !! With a C&R and a COE safes need lycra sides .
