Ruth's "War Baby Comes Home " should answer all your questions.Original ,but wrong for that serial #
There is a stamp of some sort of symbol in a circle shape on the right side of the stock??? A circle with 'crossed cannons' perhaps?
on the bayonet holder on the barrel (dont know what that part is called) on the bottom there is a EM-Q or maybe its a EM-O????? Original ,type III but the STD prod never used a type III
and on the butt plate it says PM-SG???
