Is the Bren Ten still on the C&R List?

Apologies - For the novice question, but I have some confusion about the Bren Ten being C&R eligible.

According to some older threads on Calguns and this older version of the ATF C&R List it is eligible, yet when I look at the most recent copy of the C&R List on the ATF website I see no mention of it.

I am very new to the C&R world, but does the ATF typically remove firearms from the list, or is each edition of the list not mutually exclusive of everything that is legally C&R?

    It's still C&R.
^All Dornaus & Dixon Enterprises Inc made Bren Ten pistols (1983-1986).

The ATF C&R Update March 2001 through May 2005 is still available on the BATFE website.

It's a single shot anyway, considering the rarity of a magazine.

I believe one, used very good condition, magazine sold on an auction site in 2019 for $300.

The last time I saw a listing for a Dornaus & Dixon Bren Ten it was in near new condition with two magazines and it sold at auction in 2020 for $5465.

I actually SOLD mine a couple of years ago, including a STACK of magazines, as we have been on a slow-moving escape plan, and have shed a lot of excess stuff. I happened upon it via another longtime Gunsite friend, and for the price at the time could not pass it up. Now I realize that I could have sold the magazines separately and made a lot better coin. Oh well.
