    c&r magazine round limit?

i was just wondering if the high cap mag ban also affects c&r? lets say like a 15 round m1 carbine mag. i know i could probably look it up myself, but the info a lot of you guys have is much better than anything i can interpret.

there is no C&R exemption to the large-capacity magazine ban.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

But if you had the mags BEFORE The ban, then your good. I had 3 15 rounders and 1 30 rounder I had before the so called ban. Wish I had bought more.

The law makes no distinction between C&R's and other firearms when it comes to magazines.

Provided that the weapon is featureless. Most C&R's (including the M1 carbine) are featureless.

if your C&R has "features" I doubt that magazine capacity is your main issue. Most "featured" C&Rs are either under minimum OAL or have the automatic function

What about the paratrooper folding stock? I believe that makes a M1 carbine an AW.

it also will no longer meet minimum over all length(OAL) requirements
