C&R app question

So im filling out my C&R app and I was wondering who do I have to send it to the chife LEO right? who is that in riverside,CA 92507

and who else do I send it to?
and anything helpful would be great also.

who patrols your area, RPD or RSD?

If PD, http://www.riversideca.gov/rpd/
If SD, http://www.riversidesheriff.org/

You send the LEO copy to the CLEO, and note who you sent it to on the ATF copy. you then send the ATF copy to ATF.

If you have any doubt on what LEA to send the copy to, it's what ever LEA responds to your address when you call 911

You have to be at least 21 years old to get a C&R FFL.

are you in the city limits? or are you county?

If you are in the city, then send it to the Chief of Police.
If you are in an unicorporated area, send it to the Sheriff.

You still have to be at least 21 years of age to get an FFL. By the time you turn 21 there could very well be a different CLEO in your area. BATFE might even be using a new form by then. There is really no advantage to filling out the C&R FFL application two years early.

for what its worth, i have found it easier to deal with the sherrif's dept everytime

police tend to be a little more uppidy and care about people a little less
