Got An E-mail From CMP

So, they must be processing my order, because I got an e-mail that said that Inland Division Service Grades are unavailable.

I responded, saying that it would be find to downgrade me to a racker but I haven't heard back from them. That must mean that they're processing my order. If so, that's about 4.5 months time, from when I placed it, to when they started to process it...

I got the same e-mail yesterday. I requested to have it change to another manufacturer, but still haven't heard from them if the new choice is available!

Nationals have been going on the past few days and there are still a couple of events left. Even though CMP Sales is separate from CMP Competitions, I'm sure the CMP Sales dept is busy with Camp Perry sales as well.

got the same e-mail a few days ago. however, i did receive my service grade SA Garand yesterday. can't wait to shoot it. i ordered back in April but there was an issue as my membership card that i sent in had expired. they processed it in may, and i got it yesterday.

not impressed w/ the looks thus far as there are pittings and the stock looks pretty beat. i guess i've been spoiled w/ the Garands i borrow at my club.

I had service grade garand with some pitting and rust. It cleaned up nicely though.
