So I moved into an apartment and need to change the address on my ffl 03. It wants my rental agreement and contact for my property management for the application for modification. Is that needed for a C&r and are they going to call my manager? My last residence I lived with the owners and they didn?t give two cares about it but I don?t like to advertise to anyone that I collect or even have guns.

Look carefully at the instructions for the form. The request for information about rental agreement and so forth are in section four of the application. The instructions are for 03 FFLs to ship section four and go onto section five.

I changed my address twice before buying the place I live now. Never had to send rental info before. Glad it was easily sorted out!Comment
