Mauser Super Renato Gamba

I may be remembering incorrectly, but thought the Mauser HSC Super version made by Renato Gamba was C&R eligible due to being listed. Checked the ATF C&R list and can't find it.

Maybe being currently out of state and seeing one at a LGS that's ANIB for under $400.00 has me engaging in wishful thinking?
