High Standard P1011 Rifle

Am looking at a High Standard Sport King 22 lr rifle Model P1011 and trying to learn if it's C&R eligible. Closest I can come is made between 1966 to 1971, but there seems to be some uncertainty. This one is seril numbered (024368) so it's likely after 1968. Anyone know for sure?

The Oregon gun store selling is very C&R friendly. Just want to be sure my info to them is accurate.
