Usgi 1911 question

Trying to figure out this gun. I know the slide is a remington rand but who is the frame manufacturer? Also can anyone give me an approximate year of manufacture? Thanks in advance.

Flat main spring housing.

The serial number. 1911's made during WWI by other manufacturers like Springfield Armory, Remington-UMC and North American Arms all share the same frame profile, i.e., no relief cuts behind the trigger. However, none of the other manufacturers serial numbers reached higher than 133,186, while Colt serial numbers ran up to 629,500.

Other things like the flat mainspring housing vs the arched mainspring housing are interchangeable and are not going to be a definite identifier.
