Lucky you, I've been waiting almost a month now just to get the application in the mail. Somebody realllllllyy needs to modernize some of these federal agencies. There is no reason the forms can't be completed online--and I love that their page says "best viewed with Netscape"

FWIW, C&R FFL received yesterday from green form application mailed 7/9. Much quicker than the time it took to receive the green form from the internet request, or the time it took to get back in the mail an earlier, outdated application sent to the wrong office.
