My personal email was compromised to the point that I no longer have access to it. I tried to long onto the CFARS portal today to update my information but my password expired and the only way I can update my password is with a link that will be sent to my old email address.

I sent CADOJ an email stating my issue but wanted to reach out to other members to see if they have ran into a similar issue. If so, am I out of luck and will need to start the COE process from scratch?

I messed up my user name once when on my first password renew on the account.
I called them and they were very helpful over the phone. Asked for my security questions then reset everything.

Believe it or not I was on hold for about 10 minutes and completed the call within 20.
