Gonne

OK, this is for something fun. I have a gonne. .25 gauge.what sort of stuff will YOU put inside it? Glitters? nails? candies? fireworks? porn magazines? a certain religious book, BBQ Pork? Oh, since this is in an old fashion way, you cannot use a shell, that would be like cheating. I do understand it has a better chance of making good BBQ Pork. Would that be problematic if you see BBQ Pork raining down from the sky?

Wow a .25 gauge. The 1400's ones were about .40 to .70.

Looks like he has to drop his ball bag and ramrod. He still has a sword (wikipedia):



Putting the broom handle stock over the shoulder was not done. It's held between the arm and body. To keep that barrel out farther away from his body (it might blow up). And he would use a long stick to hold that fuse and slide the broomstick forward (to keep the gonne way out there away from himself). They were all afraid the gonne was going to explode the barrel.

Later the printing press was invented and they had books and loading manuals and so they knew the proper loads. And the gonnes didn't blow up hardly ever.

I keep telling myself I need to build a gonne using one of those Traditions cannon kits - who doesn’t want an arquebus for defending the wall?
