    P-49 Question

    Just picked up this P-49 a couple of days ago and just wondering the approximate manufacture date, it's in the A 150,000 range which is approximately in the middle of the production.

    There should be a date inside the grips.

              Very cool pistol! I have a shooter P210-2 that I bought new in the late 80s and it's a really good, reliable pistol plus I picked up a factory 22LR conversion kit a couple years later at the Great Western gun show in Pomona. The gun is actually shot far more as a 22 than a 9mm.
              Those military Swiss pistols are great collector items and I would shoot it as well...
