Easy way to clean flintlock gun.

Maybe about 10 times easier? You really should take the barrel off otherwise, to prevent getting water under the barrel and into the gun. But not if you use this Flush Flint kit. Track of the Wolf sells them. Extra O rings are 20 cents at Track, an auto parts store to replace the hose. A dry patch down the barrel with a jag tip may get your ramrod struck in the barrel. Use a slotted tip for a dry patch. Jag tip for wet patch.

While the flush kit works. I don't use one.

Just a tooth pick in the touch hole. Water down the barrel.

I forgot.....I do wax the barrel to help prevent any rust.
I have been known to shoot my flintlocks in the rain.

I can't believe that some one would glue the muzzle cap on!

    Take care
