You can send to their ffl, but not all are willing to receive from private parties. Make sure they know it will be sent from you, and not from an ffl, and then its on the buyer to sort out how to handle it.

If the buyer is in California and has both a federal C&R ffl as well as a Ca. COE you can sell them face to face to them, or ship the C&R rifles to him without going through a dealer.

That is assuming you are also in California.
