Yes, I can see pics. How does one replace the tip of the striker?
OPTION 1
Measure remaining broken pin nub dia. .... Dim. 1
Stone existing nub flat and perpendicular to body.
Measure thickness of body from shoulder, at nub, to bottom of spring recess in base. .... Dim 2
Center punch and drill "appropriate size hole". Into nub, but don't exceed more than 2/3 to 3/4, thickness of Dim 2.
Press or tap "appropriate size pin". With "interference fit" into hole in nub.
Dress pin length to protrude "appropriate amount" from breach face.
Easiest done on a mill. Can be done on a drill press.
OPTION 2
Same general procedure as Opt 1. But use an oversize pin, then dress to "appropriate dia" and length.
Pins available in multiple sizes. Fractional, metric, and SAE decimal dimensions. https://www.mcmaster.com/dowel-pins/dowel-pins-7/
IF IN DOUBT, FARM IT OUT.
Any competent smith could handle.
YMMV, and other folks will of course have other opinions.
ETA ....... I'm by no means considered a "competent gunsmith". And I did just such a striker repair to my father's RUBY 25 acp striker. Many decades ago.
ETA again ..... OOPS BRAINFART! .............. plumb forgot an important step. https://shop.brownells.com/gunsmith-...BoCGhAQAvD_BwELast edited by pacrat; 10-16-2021, 5:42 PM.Comment

Thanks.
Thinking I’ll do option 1. My only concern is the distance from the nub to the top of the spring chamber is .094 inches. Not a whole lot of drilling room.
The striker tip diameter is closest to 5/64. I’ll try a 1/16 dowel.
