It's been a while but I recall the yugo sks may have had some different treatment in California? I know its c&r at the federal level but wanted to confirm it's okay as c,r within the state. Thanks!

The Yugo 59/66 are specifically mentioned in the Federal list of C&R firearms. California recognizes any firearm the BATFE classifies as a C&R is also a C&R in California.
The only issue in California is if the 59/66 still has it's original grenade launcher spigot on the muzzle. It would not be legal to transfer a 59/66 if it still has it's original muzzle spigot.Last edited by SVT-40; 10-09-2021, 11:31 AM.Poke'm with a stick!
