I have a few Forster guages for various calibers, I haven't had any issues with them and they ship pretty fast! I'm thinking my 7.62x54r and 8mm Mauser are Forsters, but I'm not at home to check right now.

Serious gunsmiths and reloaders trust us. You should too. Enhance accuracy and save money with our unmatched products.

edit: I don't see the 7.62x54r guages on there, I'll have to check them when I get home tonight.

Be careful on the tape on the back of the casing head space test. As I understand it and am open to correction. First it cannot be a fired casing as the dimensions may have changed in the process of firing. Second it needs to be a round that you're sure the demensions of--like a national match round or something. Third, shouldn't be a live round either Forth milsurp ammo/cheap ammo is made to run with mud, pancakes and a slice of bacon in the chamber so definatly don't use those. Unless you really know whats up I wouldn't suggest it.

I didn't bother. Every case that comes out of my 91/30 has a nice ring on the shoulder, even the steel cases, and it hasn't gone kaboom, so it seems Ok. :P

They were refurbished before they were put away, I don't know if they headspaced them, but I understand they were test-fired for checking/adjusting the sights at the least. It'd be a good idea to check, yeah, but the odds of a problem seem pretty low, IMO.
