Late Christmas present

I've been looking for an M1 Carbine for a while; bought magazines during freedom week, ammo from the last Korean surplus batch and a bayonet off a friend.

I took this one home this weekend:



It's a late Quality Hardware with an Underwood barrel. The trigger housing, slide and front band are also QH; haven't done a complete disassembly yet to check the rest of the markings.

Happy with what I found but now have to sell the bayonet; should have waited before I bought it.
