Now send signed copies to Graf & Sons, Midway USA, and Brownells for some lower prices.

Search for more info here on Calguns.......CA COE.....there are forms somewhere. Print them out, find your nearest fingerprint center, pay the fees(both the fingerprint place and the DOJ(I think)). You need both C&R and COE to cash and carry a C&R rifle. Not sure about pistols, as I haven't bought one. C&R is useless in the PRK without a COE. Renew yearly.
Lots of info here, I was able to get both of mine with everything I found here.....

Under California law, the only thing a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) does for Class 03 (C&R) FFL holders is that it lets you skip the waiting period for C&R purchased in state from a dealer, and for now allows the purchase of more than one handgun (modern and C&R) per 30 days. You must have both a Class 03 (C&R) FFL and COE to do this. Even with the COE you still have to do a DROS form and background check and pay the fee each time.

I sent in my paperwork for the C&R a week ago. Can't wait till I get it.

Anyways, I found the downloadable COE form off the internet, http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/forms/pdf/coeapp.pdf. Download that sucker and take it to a Live Scan place to get fingerprinted. I have heard the fees are really high when it is all said and done.

those high fees are usually associated with multiple purchases of C&R rifles....many, many rifles!
