    91/30 marked scope

I recently ran across this scope and wondered if it was genuine or a repro...

The scope is real, Factory #357 NKV. Probably made around late 1943 to early 1944. Refurbished in 1968 by Arsenal #2 in Kiev.

The scope caps/cover are post war made

The mount and base are reproductions

        Thanks, guys.

The optics are clear. Based on that, can anyone hazard a guess about a fair price for the set up?

^ I'd say about $300 to $400 in today's market. Even the leather scope cap, and case is desirable (although post war) and worth a little bit.

            I would say ~$250-$300

You can buy original scopes from rare(er) manufacturers with an original mount (some also have caps) for under $400 shipped on ebay right now.
