I hope everyone is well. I was debating getting my C&R license but was wondering if this would allow the gesta... I mean the CADOJ a right to search my property without a warrant. Also wondering If someone would walk me through the process I live under LASD jurisdiction. Thank you 😊

Cadoj has nothing to do with an 03ffl. It's federal.

ATF can ask you for an audit appointment that's about it.

They ask for your bound book. Confirm what you have. And you leave. I haven't heard or met a single person that had the atf audit them.

They're more concerned with people selling guns like 01 ffls.

03ffl is collector license. Not a dealer.

Why do you need help filling out the application? Asks for you address and whatnot. Then you mail it out.

I think it asks for photos and fingerprints... also the where to mail...LASD is huge

It says in the directions 03ffl does not require that.

03 FFL (C&R License) does not require photo or fingerprints. It says on the application that those are not required for C&R Licenses only.

My city contracts law enforcement services with LA Sheriffs Department. I just mailed my copy of the application to LASD headquarters attention to Alex Villanueva.

Regarding fingerprints, that is part of the COE process, which you should separately apply for.
