Lost C&R license, what to do?

I haven't actually lost it, but I was wondering how someone would go about replacing it. I figure at least someone out there has lost the particular piece of paper. So, what would y'all do?

Contact the BATFE if you have a valid license. They can send you a new copy. It might cost a few bucks; but I can't see this being any more complicated than getting another copy of your drivers license from the DMV...

as long as you have an unsigned copy, you are still in business. Just make copies of the copy. I don't believe that you actually have to have the "original" original.
