    Quick legal confirmatrion....

I can ship a C&R rifle directly to a buyer within CA, correct? No need for a dealer to be involved?

Only if they have an FFL03 or 01, otherwise it's a face to face.

If both parties are CA-residents, and hte long gun is over 50-years old (no C&R listed, less than 50-years old, long guns) you can send it to the buyer. They don''t have to be an 01 or 03.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Yes, you can ship the 50+ year old rifle directly to a private individual within CA.

WRONG! If over 50 years old and C&R eligible. Direct to buyer.
