    Cash & Carry?

    Hi Fellas,

When was the last year for C&R cash and carry in Kali?

    Thanks, PAX

It is still going if you have 03 w/COE. Are you talking about for people who did not have a C&R FFL? And are you talking cash and carry from a FFL or from a private party?

This. Longgun registration began 1.1.14. That killed C&R cash and carry for anyone without 03FFL and COE.

03FFL holders can still cash and carry C&R longguns and handguns out of state. In CA, you need an 03FFL and COE to cash and carry a longgun. All handguns require dealer transfer in CA.

Thanks guys, I couldn't remember if 2013 was the last year for long guns.

I know you can still do some if you're papered, but even then you must self register, si? It was the paper chase I was curious about.

I've never had an 03 because I've always done good on the street. Here's some from the good ole days, when you could do business on a hand shake. PAX.

Normal people (non-03 ffl holders) could cash and carry at least long gun c&r's into the mid 1990s. Those were the days that the market was flooded with $50 sks's and $60 m-n's

I let my 03 expire around the same time as the C&C party ended. I'm sure my last sale was a Mosin of some sort, as I sold a bunch right before the sunset. I did however pick up a nice 1894 Chat M91 that's just oozing with history within the last few years.

1999 I think. My last cash n' carry w/o C&R was at the Costa Mesa show. It was a sad day.
