Please help with C&R Application.
I am filling out a C&R application for a corporation. Question 1 asks for "Applicant's" last, first and middle name, which leads me to believe this must be a person. However, question 7. asks if "Applicant" is a individual, corporation, etc., which leads me to believe that maybe question 1 can be the name of the corporation.
Does anyone know if, when filling out the application for a corporation, question 1 should be the name of the corporation or the name of the human filling out the application?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
